February is the month of love, and LOVE if in the air! This is Audrey! She’s a beautiful baby, stealing the hearts of her family from the time she was a newborn. Her sweet, perfect, chubby, one year old self is even more cuddly and squeezable than when I first met her at a few days old! I adore this family, and I’m grateful they would entrust me with these sweet milestones for each of their girls. If you’ve visited my office for a product session, or if I’ve traveled to your home, you’ve seen Audrey (and her sister) in my samples. Their sessions always turn out to be favorites of mine and this session is no exception! I love Mom’s Valentine’s Day theme, and I think it’s a perfect way to celebrate her birthday!
What makes Audrey laugh?
Definitely her older sister Eva! Eva gets her to laugh so hard it’s adorable. They are so close and just follow each other everywhere laughing all the time.
What are some of her favorite things to do?
She loves to eat, play and climb EVERYTHING! Literally… everything. We can’t keep her off of things.
Describe her personality.
I would describe her as a little entertainer! She’s always showing off for attention and loves when we laugh and clap for her. She’s a little jokester too! When you ask her to give you something she will act like she’s brining it to you and just as she’s almost to you she will turn around the other way running and laughing.
Tell me what it’s like to be a mom to this sweet little girl.
Audrey is my second child/daughter. When I was pregnant with her I couldn’t help but think how my oldest would feel and how I could possibly share my love in a way that they would both be happy. But like all moms find out when they have another… it just happens! She completes our family in such an amazing way. She’s always making us laugh and she’s obsessed with her older sister. She started walking at nine months and we know it was so she could keep up with her sister. Our dog also adores her (well she’s constantly trying to share her food with him).
What is something you don’t want to forget about this stage?
I don’t want to forget how silly she is! How much she laughs and how much of a little daredevil she is. We love our little girl and as much as we would like to keep her little forever, we are loving every minute of watching her grow!
