When they’ve done everything together since birth, it was only natural for them to be a part of each other’s senior pictures too. Meet Maddie, Joey, and Max! They are high school seniors at Chapparal High School. I was just delighted to spend some time getting to know them, and to see their special relationship with each other first hand. I know you’ll love hearing more about their lives and what it’s like to be a triplet.
MADDIE, tell me some of the highlights of being a triplet.
I really love being a triplet because I always have a best friend around. My brothers are two of the funniest people I know and they keep me laughing.
JOEY, talk to me about your love for fishing.
I think my love for fishing come from the time spent outdoors with friends or family. Colorado has some of the best and most beautiful fishing in the world.
MADDIE, do you have any thoughts on what you’d like to do after you graduate?
I’d like to attend college and pursue a career in medicine . I’m not quite sure yet which path I’d like to take in the medical field.
MAX, tell me about being a firefighter.
Fire fighter training keeps me in great physical shape. I have so much respect for the fire fighters and the hard work and dedication it takes to become a fire fighter. I hope to someday become a fire fighter and possibly join the Hot Shots.
MADDIE, how has the pandemic changed your thinking?
Although I enjoyed my time at home with family during quarantine, the pandemic made me realize how much I missed my friends, volleyball and my overall freedom.
JOEY, how has the pandemic changed your thinking?
The pandemic made me realize how quickly everything can change. One minute you’re playing hockey with friends and the next you’re confined to your home.
MADDIE, if you could tell your younger self one thing, what would it be?
I would tell my younger self: don’t worry or stress about the small things that won’t matter in your future.
Maddie, Joey, and Max, thank you for this special honor of being a part of your senior pictures. I had so much fun photographing you three. I hope this senior year is nothing short of wonderful for you all.
