Meet Alec, class of 2021!
Alec will be graduating from Chapparal High School when this school year comes to a close. He’s a senior! He is also an Eagle Scout candidate, a soccer player, runs track, and enjoys motorbikes and backpacking! If that wasn’t enough, he’s also an “A” student, a gamer, loves history and all things Colorado. He’s the kind of guy you want to get to know! I loved his high school senior photography session in Highlands Ranch this week. He rocked it! Here’s more about Alec.
Tell me about your interest in motorbiking.
I have been riding for as long as I can remember. I think I could ride a dirt bike before I could ride an actual bicycle. The things I like most about off-roading are the sights you get to see and the feeling you get when you are riding a couple of feet from a cliff or going fast on a track.
How has the pandemic changed your thinking about school, your future, or just life in general?
The pandemic surprisingly made me miss going to school and it gave me a more global perspective on issues.
Do you have any thoughts on what you’d like to do after you graduate?
For now, all I know is that I want to go to college after I graduate.
Tell me one thing you hope to accomplish your senior year.
The biggest thing I hope to accomplish my senior year is making it as memorable as possible.
If you could tell your younger self one thing, what would it be?
I would tell myself to work hard because it will all pay off later down the road.
Alec, it is such a joy to have been a part of your senior year in such a meaningful way. Thank you for this honor! I hope your senior year is everything you hope it to be!
