Meet Kylee! If you head over to my Instagram page for high school seniors – new this season, you’ll see her there as well! Kylee will be a senior in high school at Chapparral in just a few short weeks. We met up in Highlands Ranch, Colorado at a beautiful mansion for her gorgeous senior pictures. Even though the anticipation for our students this year comes with a little reservation in light of the pandemic, the school districts are announcing the decisions for school. I’m personally happy that here in Parker, Colorado there will be options for students, since there isn’t one best decision for everyone. Most everyone is happy to finally have the plans announced so that the school year can begin. Here’s more about Kylee!
How has the pandemic changed your thinking about school, your future, or just life in general?
This pandemic has taught me to value my time with friends and family. I’ve also realized I much prefer physically going to school.
Do you have any thoughts on what you’d like to do after you graduate?
I’m still not sure about what I want to do after I graduate. I am interested in the healthcare system so I am considering medical school.
Tell me one thing you hope to accomplish your senior year.
I want to keep my GPA up, score well on my SAT, and hopefully attend prom.
If you could tell your younger self one thing, what would it be?
Stop caring about what others think and be more confident. Also, have a more positive outlook on life.
