Her red hair danced in the wind as she laughed, and I kept thinking how lovely it was! Meet Jess! She lived in England for a few years, and now attends Legend High School where she is a senior. There were moments during her session of sophistication, others of playfulness, and some of laughter. Each expression reflected her personality and I was honored to be a part of it. Here’s more from Jess!
What are you passionate about?
One thing that I am very passionate about is music. I have played the piano for about 6 years and I really enjoy just sitting down and playing. Also, I have been I choir at my school since I moved to Colorado and that is always a great break in the school day to sing and learn new music.
Do you have any thoughts on what you’d like to do after you graduate?
I know I want to go to college, I’m just not sure where yet. I have decided that I want to to major in architecture but then after that I’m not sure!
What are some of your favorite childhood memories?
My family would go to Hershey Park in Pennsylvania almost every October with some of our family friends from when I was 5 until I was 11. I always remember getting excited when it was coming up and really enjoying going on all the rides when we finally did go.
Tell me about your time living in England.
It was a really great experience to live there but it was also difficult adjusting to a different culture, even though we spoke the same language. Even though it was hard at first, I have never wished that it didn’t happen. I will remember the memories I have from living there forever.
If you could tell your younger self one thing, what would it be?
Be excited for the future and don’t worry too much. Things that seem like a big deal now will seem much smaller later on.
It is with great joy that I reveal your sneak peek, Jess and family! I hope this year is as beautiful as your senior pictures.
