I love how the holidays bring family together. Meet the T extended family! They are an adorable group, whom I’ve gotten to know over the course of two years since the littlest family member was a newborn. Take a look back on her newborn session here. What a gorgeous little baby who’s growing up to be the cutest little thing! Their session was just before Christmas. I told them that even though I take limited sessions in December, they are simply the best and I wouldn’t miss the opportunity to be a part of such special memories.

What does your family enjoy doing together?
I am a Colorado native and I grew up in the southwest part of the state. We love the mountains both summer and winter, especially Telluride. It will forever be a special place for our family. We love skiing, especially in Telluride. We also enjoy trying new restaurants and Happy Hours, both at home and when we travel. We all love to travel, though we don’t often get to go as a family.
What makes you guys laugh together?
We are a blended family and my husband is the king of “dad jokes.” He has one for EVERY conversation and situation. It works out well for us because we are rarely serious. ALL of us have mastered the art of sarcasm which also keeps us smiling.
Tell me about some of your favorite recent travels.
In 2024, my husband and I visited our 7th continent and checked that off our bucket list. We have visited 7 continents, 36 countries, and 20 States in our ten years together. Instead of our travel bucket list getting smaller, it only seems to be getting longer. Our favorite destinations are Australia and Italy.
Describe what your family means to you.
Family is everything, our lives would be empty without our kids and each other.
