Meet Sam! He’s entering in to his senior year of high school at Douglas County High School next month. He’s an athlete who’s enjoyed sports like wrestling and cross country. After high school, Sam is interested in joining the military. He’s been working hard this summer to study for his entrance exam. I love that his senior session was super close to his school, which allowed us to get some keepsake shots on the front steps of the place he’s worked hard to earn his diploma. Here’s more about Sam!
Tell me about your involvement in sports.
I have done wrestling for the last two years, and am planning on doing it senior year.
Do you have any thoughts on what you’d like to do after graduation?
I am planning on joining the army.
What are some of your favorite childhood memories?
Going to Disney World with my family and family reunions
Tell me one thing you hope to accomplish your senior year.
Doing well in my classes and in wrestling.
If you could tell your younger self one thing, what would it be?
That I would meet good people later in life.
Sam, thank you for your desire to serve our country! It is wonderful to know we have young people willing to make that sacrifice. We need more people like you! I hope your senior year is incredible and I hope your senior pictures are treasured always!!
