Twin Newborn In Home Photography Session in Castle Pines, Colorado

Meet Walker and Wyatt!  I’m so excited to share this gorgeous session.  This is newborn #4 and #5 that I’ve photographed for this family.  Their sweet girls were some of my favorite newborns, who all had one year sessions with me too.  To now photograph their boys is special beyond words.  Take a look back at the older girls’ newborn sessions here, here, and here. You can also enjoy seeing the entire family here.

Here’s more about Walker and Wyatt:

Tell me about the anticipation of their arrival.

We already have three girls so completing our family with two boys was so exciting! It was also fun knowing we were switching things up with the boys and I could go shopping for all new baby items.

How early were they born and how long were they in the NICU?

They were born at 34 weeks exactly. Wyatt spent 14 days in the NICU and Walker 17 days.

What does adding two boys to your family of seven mean to you?

We both always wanted to have a boy and a big family. So having two is just double the blessing. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to complete our family!

Describe their different personalities.

When you have multiple babies it’s fun to see how different they are. When I was pregnant with Walker I could always feel him more and he was always more active during the ultrasounds. Some things don’t change. He’s super active now and definitely the more “difficult” baby. He’s impatient and wiggles around all the time. Wyatt was always more calm it seemed while pregnant. He’s more calm now too. He loves laying next to Walker. It is so sweet. I put “difficult” because they really both are such easy babies. I was so worried it was going to be challenging having twins and not only twins but also having three other kids already. They are such sweet little babies though and the transition has been seamless.

How much did they weigh at birth?

Walker was baby A weighing 4lbs 2oz and Wyatt was baby B weighing 4lbs 12oz.

Walker and Wyatt, I’m already anticipating your next session, but don’t grow too fast.  I know mom wants to keep you little forever!  Enjoy your sneak peek!
