Meet the beautiful Meredith! She’s will be a senior at Arapahoe High School in the fall and life is good! Her goals and aspirations are impressive, especially her desire to attend college in England! She loves to travel and she got her beautiful tan in Florida before her senior pictures. She was so gracious to answer these questions!
What are you passionate about?
The one thing that I am most passionate about is meeting new people. I love to talk to them and hear their stories. Whether its their stories about traveling the world or just quirky little things I love to hear about them.
Tell me about wanting to study abroad. Where do you want to go and do you have any thoughts on what you want to study?
I love to travel and experience new things. The best way to do this is to go out of your comfort zone. I have always been fascinated with Europe and other countries on the simplistic lifestyle, and it is always something that I try to achieve here. Going abroad would gain me new perspectives. I am hoping to study medicine in college which would help me care for others outside of the states. As well as seeing the different types of care that people receive around the world and helping them heal.
What are some of your favorite childhood memories?
My favorite childhood memories are ones where I am with my friends. Whether that is playing street games late at night or dancing in the car to HighsSchool Musical songs or at the hours of swim practice. Me and my friends were always able to make light of situations and have fun with things.
Tell me one thing you hope to accomplish your senior year.
The most important thing that I hope senior year entails is that I stay grounded and get to spend quality time with my family and close friends before college arrives.
If you could tell your younger self one thing, what would it be?
One thing my younger self should know is that the best thing to do is always just talk it out and high school is not forever.
Meredith, I hope your senior year is INCREDIBLE in every way and I cannot wait to see how far you go. It’s been an honor to be a part of such a special time in your life. Enjoy your sneak peek!
