With the world of possibility at her fingertips, this amazing young lady is going to do great things! Meet Rachell. She has a heart for others, serving and missions work. She loves other cultures and the people in those cultures. She is crazy good at learning other languages… can you believe she studies them FOR FUN and can learn them with ease? She has a big heart to pursue whatever God’s calling on her life may be. I love that about Rachell! She’s even graduating high school with an associates degree!! Here’s more about her.
What high school do you attend?
Colorado Early Colleges Parker
What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about languages and other cultures. I am trying to learn several different languages at a time. I am also extremely passionate about the unborn, this is something that I love to talk about and learn more about.
Do you have any thoughts on where you would like to go to college and what you want to study?
I looked at CSU Fort Collins, but that wasn’t what the Lord had for me. Right now, I am looking to study linguistics.
What are some of your favorite childhood memories?
Playing on my ranch, and playing with my grandma and aunt. I always made my own adventures and explored as much as I could (we had twenty acres so it was always something new and exciting).
Tell me one thing you hope to accomplish your senior year.
I hope to get my GPA up and to get all A’s; I also hope to be able to finish strong and not regret many things that I did. I hope to take every opportunity that I am given and use it to its fullest potential.
Finish this sentence: Someday I will…
Someday day I will… travel, do what I love, and find out God’s will for my life.
Rachell, what an honor that I could spend some time with you. Your big heart is matched with a big God that will use every ounce of everything you will give to Him to further his Kingdom. Your life blesses others and I’m beyond excited to see what that will look like in your future. For now, keep pressing on with fearlessness and hard work. There are a lot of people who love you, cheering you on along the way.
