Senior Guy Graduation Pictures | Brandon

Meet Brandon!  This guy is amazing.  I adore his heart, more than anything else.  To me, it is the finest quality that will carry a young person the absolute furthest in life.  I admire the sacrifice he makes to serve young people at his church and you will LOVE all that he aspires to do one day (I do).  Here’s more about Brandon.

Tell me about your love for serving and how long you’ve been working with middle school students.

It puts the biggest smile on my face seeing those kids grow in their faith and brotherhood with each other, and it pushes me to do the same. I’ve been leading them since they were in 6th grade for about 2 years, and they are now 8th graders.

What are you passionate about?

I love engineering and working on things with my hands. People underestimate the value of manual labor these days, and its become one of my favorite things to do; designing and building things myself is my biggest passion.

Do you have any thoughts on where you would like to go to college and what you want to study?

I want to go to either the United States Air Force Academy or Texas A&M University to study engineering, Spanish, and to serve in the military.

What are some of your favorite childhood memories?

I loved playing catch with my dad and talking about superheroes with him. My family are all very close, so whenever we spend time together (camping, vacations, dinner), we make fond memories.

Tell me one thing you hope to accomplish your senior year.

I obviously want to finish applying to colleges, but one thing I would love to do is hike a fourteener. I’ve never done it even though I’ve lived in Colorado my whole life.

Finish this sentence: One day I will…

Design and build my own plane, and fly it wherever I want.

Brandon, here’s to accomplishing all your dreams, and a future that awaits you.  For every late night studying, working hard and doing “today” to the best you can, I hope that it brings you one step closer to everything you hoped your future will be.  I applaud your high goals and your drive to accomplish them.  I applaud your sacrifice that impacts others.  Most of all, I applaud your tomorrows, even if they may hold something a little different than planned.  Enjoy your sneak peek!
