Seven pounds, seven ounces of beautiful baby boy was added to their family just a couple of weeks ago. Meet little Wyatt! We photographed him on day fifteen–just enough time for Wyatt to adjust to the world and his mom and dad to settle into life as parents. Meeting Wyatt and his beautiful family was a dream in their gorgeous home filled with beautiful decor, everything newborn, tons of love, and two cute pups Tula and Birdie, yellow and black labs.

Tell me about the anticipation of Wyatt’s arrival.
My husband and I experienced a pregnancy loss about 3 years ago and it took quite awhile to get pregnant again. We were so thrilled to be pregnant again and ended up deciding to wait until birth to find out if he was a boy or girl so we could relish in the gift that was given to us. It was so fun getting to guess his sex throughout pregnancy and made us very eager for his arrival!
How was your delivery experience?
I feel so blessed to say his birth was better than I could have imagined. It was relatively smooth and hearing my husband announce he was a boy when he was born was the most magical and special moment. I wouldn’t change anything about his birth story.
What does adding Wyatt to your family of three mean to you?
We’ve waited a long time for this baby to join our family and the fact that he is finally here, means the world to us. Words can’t really explain how blessed and thankful we feel to get to experience being parents and raising a little one in our home.
Describe his personality and the little things that make him him.
Wyatt loves sleeping with his arms above his head and he is so silly sometimes he will sleep on his side like he is an adult! He loves cuddles with his mama but probably not as much as she loves cuddling him.
What a joyful home this family has right now, full of love and excitement. The days feel a little longer when sleep isn’t what it used to be. But having Wyatt here makes every second worth it. Enjoy every day with him, M Family. And enjoy your sneak peek!
