Meet little Zoe! She’s friends with baby Rylan who you saw for his sitter session on the blog last month. Finally a girl in front of my camera! All things pink, flowers, frills, lace, and ruffles are my happy place. I am a boy mom, as you may know from my about page. Not that I don’t love the boys (of course I do–they hold my heart!) But the pretty things win me over every time. Including little miss Zoe, who is more than just beauty, she’s sweet and charming too! It was delightful to photograph this little bundle of joy.

What makes Zoe smile?
Her two big sisters, her meema, and her daddy. She’s a major daddy’s girl.
What are some of her favorite things to do?
She loves to play with her toys with her sisters. She loves when her grandma, her meema, says “ I’m gonna get your tummmmmy!”
How has her personality developed in these short nine months?
She’s become more and more joyful and bubbly everyday. She smiles and waves at everyone. Or she stares them down which is equally as cute.
Describe her place in your family.
Zoe has completed our family in the best way. Even though she’s only been with us for nine months, we can’t imagine life without her. She has brought so much joy and happiness in into our lives. she has helped us to become more present and have so much gratitude for what we have and for life. She had a rough start as a newborn and we don’t take her for granted for a second.
What milestones has she recently accomplished?
She’s still figuring out crawling, but she’s getting closer in the last few days. She has learned how to scoot forward while sitting. about two weeks ago, She wasn’t mobile at all and now she’s getting where she needs to go one way or another even though she’s not yet officially crawling.
What is one thing you don’t want to forget about this stage she is in right now?
The way she is delighted by the littlest things. The way she waves at everyone. She does this cute little wave that melts everyone’s heart who is lucky enough to be a recipient.
Zoe, I’m thrilled you’ll be back as a Baby Plan member! I can’t wait to meet your sisters and be reminded of my childhood days growing with three girls in my family too. Happy 9 month milestone, little sitter! Enjoy your sneak peek!
