As the beautiful Colorado fall color family pictures near to their close at the end of this autumn season, I’m looking back with gratitude for a year of amazing clients. Many of my sessions will be moving indoors soon once the leaves fall from the trees and the temperatures get colder and colder. I’m filled with all kinds of wonderful emotion at this close of one season, which is the just the entrance to another.
I love what I do! I love that I get to be a part of families lives year after year and to watch their little ones grow. Clients like the S Family are why I love it so much. Mom and Dad met in France many years ago. They moved to the United States before their first son was born. I adored meeting them for the first time at his newborn session. I will always remember this family as my invitation to travel abroad after they moved back to France and their second son was born. They wanted more newborn pictures and had a hard time finding someone in France who does what I do–in-home newborn photography. Sadly, that France trip didn’t happen because of Covid. And for those who follow me, you may remember this family’s hello, goodbye, and hello again post from a couple years back. You can look back on it here. It is a joy to have them back in front of my camera once again!
