They anticipated her arrival with such longing and excitement! Meet Kenzie and her parents. They are adventurous and planned international travels the year Covid hit. Even though travel was shut down, that didn’t stop them from traveling the country instead and eventually moving from the east coast to Boulder, Colorado. Not long after that, they came to beautiful Parker and are settling down as a family of three.

Tell me about the anticipation of Kenzie’s arrival.
We couldn’t wait to meet our baby girl from the moment we found out we were pregnant. As our due date got closer, we grew more and more excited. We couldn’t decide on a name in advance and went into the hospital with our top 3 options – it was easy for us to choose a name once we met our daughter, but funny enough Kenzie wasn’t even on our list!
How was your delivery experience?
Labor was long! I was in early labor for 30 hours, and when it was finally time to push I was so relieved. It was all worth it once our little girl was in our arms!
What does adding Kenzie to your family of three mean to you?
We are so excited to be a little family of three now! We can’t wait to bring Kenzie along on all of our adventures and show her the world.
Describe her personality.
Kenzie loves snuggling, eating and sleeping. She’s pretty laid back (so far)!
How much did she weigh at birth?
7lbs 9oz
