Meet baby Sawyer! I’ve said before that it is one of the greatest honors to be an ongoing part of a family’s life and that is true with this family who are awestruck and in love with their newest member, Sawyer. This isn’t the first time I was welcomed into their home for a newborn session. Over three years ago, I had the sweetest pleasure of photographing big brother when he was a newborn, who then became a baby plan member. Their adorable family has been so wonderful to photograph and I’m so glad they have these precious pictures of each of their boys.
Here’s more about Sawyer:
Tell me about the anticipation of his arrival.
We were all so excited for him to be here, especially big brother. He knew he was coming in June, so we would have to count how many months were left until his arrival. Then when June finally arrived, it was hard to wait for the day he would be here!
How was your delivery experience?
My delivery went well without complications. He arrived pretty quickly – about three hours after getting to the hospital.
What does adding Sawyer to your family of four mean to you?
Sawyer is a wonderful addition to our family, and we are excited to watch his and E’s”brother bond” grow as they get older.
Describe his personality
He has been a pretty easy going baby so far and a good sleeper. He likes snuggling with mom and looking at/listening to big brother.
How much did he weigh at birth?
He weighed eight pounds, two ounces when he was born.
