Have I ever mentioned how much I looooove photographing babies? Now that’s it’s warm outside, I’m ecstatic to be in nature with these sweet little ones and all their cuteness.
Meet Karlie! She’s an eight month old beauty who just mastered the art of sitting. What makes Karlie smile?
Other people smiling, her dogs Marley and Callie, her Grandparents, the color red, videos of herself or other babies laughing, things that light up and make sound!
What are some of her favorite things to do?
Karlie loves to bounce in her jumper, ride around in her little pink push car, go on hikes in her carrier with mom, dad, and her dogs, and just generally be outside.
How has her personality changed in these short eight months?
She is starting to really be interested in specific things and is a very happy baby. She is quick to let you know when she is hungry or unhappy but is usually easy to please.
Describe her place in your family.
Karlie is our first child and has changed our lives in ways we didn’t know was possible. She is a joy and we treasure her very much.
What milestones has she recently accomplished?
Karlie was born at 34 weeks so she is starting to really move around and hold herself up and explore in ways she hadn’t been able to before. She is rolling and sitting up but not crawling just yet.
What is one thing you don’t want to forget about this stage she is in right now?
Her joy in every new toy or food and love of rolling around.
