Happy Birthday, Mia and Mya! These little ones share just about everything, including a birthday. They are about to turn one, and I was so tickled to have them in studio with their mom and dad who love them so much. These girls are adorable and so fun to photograph. Here’s more from mom!
What are Mia and Mya’s favorite things to do?
Mia and Mya love to go for walks. They also enjoy story time, listening and clapping to music, as well as playing with their toy pianos and drums.
What makes them laugh?
Their daddy’s dancing and peek-a-boo.
Tell me about how you will celebrate their first birthday.
We’re planning on having a birthday party with friends and family, with the theme being characters from their favorite Baby Channel shows. I had a difficult pregnancy and the girls were in the NICU for 2 months. We didn’t have a baby shower prior to their birth so we are very much looking forward to celebrating their first birthday with all of the people who provided tons of love and support before and after they were born.
What are some of their recent milestones?
Crawling, mimicking, and standing/walking with assistance.
What is it like to be a mom to these sweet little girls?
It is the greatest privilege, the greatest honor, the absolute greatest gift and blessing I could ever imagine.
