My Niece’s Senior Pictures in Parker, Colorado

I recall that she was barely two and a precious little girl I adored. Meet Madison!  She’s my niece and she’ll be a high school senior at Highlands Ranch High School in the fall!  I was given permission to tell the sweet story of a Christmas long ago.  Little Madison was twirling by the large open fireplace.  I remember how her Daddy (or maybe her uncle – it’s hard to recall) grabbed that tiny girl just in time from spinning right into the flames.  Nothing’s gonna stop her!  She was quite upset at the disruption to her agenda and her mad cry let everyone know.  We were all giggles both then, and every time we retell the story.

Madison has both beauty and brains, with her sights on nursing school.  She’s determined, she’s witty, and I may I just say, I Iove this girl! Here’s more about Madison:

Tell me about wanting to go to medical school.

I have known since I was little that I want to be in the medical field. I used to watch brain surgery with my dad when I was little. I want to attend community college to get my associates degree, then transfer to a university to get my bachelors degree in nursing.

Do you have any thoughts on what where you’d like to attend college?

Arapahoe Community College

What are some of your favorite childhood memories?

As a young girl, living in the mountains holds some of my best memories playing outside and jumping on the trampoline.

Tell me one thing you hope to accomplish your senior year.

I hope to make it memorable!

If you could tell your younger self one thing, what would it be?

Glad you didn’t fall in the fireplace!

Madison, it was your tiny little self that made me realize that I could love another as much as my own babies.  You have always been such a special girl to me, and it’s an honor to be a small part of your senior year.  Love you, girl!
