The sweetest sessions are being saved for last this season. See the K Family! Shhhh… their pictures will be wrapped up with a beautiful bow to give to extended family members who love this bunch. Dad used to be a sports photographer (how awesome is that!) and Mom is meteorologist, and those two kids are full of laughs, imagination, and closeness to one another. So impressive! Here’s more about them:
What are your sweet kids into these days?
Charlotte has a wonderful imagination. She loves all of the princesses, Frozen, and unicorns. But her love of stories and adventures are what excites her the most. Carter loves the Avengers and Mickey Mouse. He is so joyful, he can’t help but jump up and down.
What makes them laugh?
They love telling jokes and pranks. They could go on for hours telling knock knock jokes and saying silly words. Daddy fuels their imagination with games and creativity enough for endless giggles. Family time is always an adventure, and we always find a way to have fun together.
What does your family enjoy doing together?
It’s not unique, but we always find a way to make the mundane exciting – whether it’s dancing in the aisles of the grocery store, or playing hide and seek in the clothing racks. We love watching movies, eating out at restaurants with Uncle Kyle and Aunt Scena, and playing and FaceTiming with grandparents. Backyard time is always a blast, especially when the kids try and soak dad with water balloons or play in the sand pit with mom. Eating s’mores from our firepit is the best way to end the day!
What is a favorite vacation you’ve taken?
With Coronavirus, we haven’t had a chance to take a big trip. We’ve mostly just flown to see family and attend a few weddings.The kids love every second of the process and ask all the time when they can go again. You better believe the next chance we have to go to Disney World, we’re taking it!
Describe what your family means to you.
We are a close knit group. We have taken the opportunity the last few months to celebrate the small things. To celebrate our many blessings. Watching the two of them grow and experience new things fulfills our everyday lives.
