It’s officially fall, and the beautiful colors are showing up in their splendor. I met up with the R Family on a gorgeous evening to play, laugh, and take it all in together. Little E has been here before! You’ve seen his newborn, sitter, and one year session because he’s a Baby Plan member! At the conclusion of this session, he’s officially graduated from the Baby Plan, and I think Mom and Dad would agree that their little man isn’t so little anymore. Here’s more from Mom:
What are some of little E’s favorite things to do?
E loves to be outside! He likes going for walks, playing in the sandbox, throwing balls around the yard, and playing at the park. He also loves reading books, and will ask to read his favorites over and over again. He especially loves books with animal characters and likes saying all of the animal sounds as we read.
What are some of his recent milestones?
E is learning lots of new words. It seems like he picks up a new one every day. “Uh-oh” is a current favorite. He has also recently started walking up and down the stairs, turning the light switches on and off, and going down the slides at the playground all by himself. He is definitely becoming more independent and wants to do things on his own!
What are some of the things you like to do together as a family?
As a family, we enjoy going for hikes, picnicking, and spending time outdoors. We also like taking E to the zoo and to the park.
What makes E laugh?
E likes being silly, so it’s pretty easy to get a laugh out of him! He likes making funny faces and sounds. Tickling and wrestling with Daddy are good ways to get him laughing as well. He also thinks high fives are pretty funny right now.
Describe what your family means to you.
I feel very fortunate to have a supportive husband and sweet son to share my life with. During these times when we are more “distant” from others, love from family has become even more important and valuable. I am proud to call them mine!
