If you’re looking for something unique, this private, indoor studio rental is a fun NEW addition to the locations I offer. There are a number of items for you to consider when deciding if this option is right for your next session.
LOCATION
The studio is off C-470 and Quebec in Centennial.
PRIVATE
The studio is exclusively ours for the duration of your session.
STUDIO RENTAL FEE
Rental fees are in addition to your session fee and depends on weekday vs. weekend. I pass the rental fees to you (it will be added to your invoice), however, I will pay the fee upfront to reserve it.
Weekend: $135
Weekday: $112
This is for up to 1.5 hours, which I feel is just right for having enough time to capture everything for a family session. If more time is needed, additional fees will apply.
TIME OF DAY
We would ideally want to book the studio in the morning for my favorite natural window light in this space – however that can be flexible. We can set a time that is right for your family.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The studio has a no refund policy. Should you need to reschedule, the studio allows this and doesn’t charge any fees to do so (for instance, someone becomes sick and we reschedule). However, for cancelations, or if you decide to photograph outdoors after we’ve made a reservation, you will agree to being billed for the studio fee.
ON SITE FURNITURE
The studio has a gorgeous green couch, a peach couch, a grey tufted couch, an iron bed, other amazing furniture, and some faux plants available for our use, as featured in the images below.
BOOKING
We will need to reserve our studio time well in advance. If you’re considering this as an option, the best place to start is to let me know so I check if the studio has availability on your session date.
