Sam is an incoming high school senior! Regardless of the uncertainty that looms concerning all the fall school year decisions still in progress by the school districts, we’ve got some excited students ready to move forward toward their futures. Sam is no exception. It’s an especially special honor to me to be a part of his senior pictures, considering that I photographed his sister two years ago. You may remember her! You can take a look back here. Do they look related? <wink>
It’s obvious that Sam loves baseball. He’s a pitcher, and he’s got some pretty awesome aspirations to play baseball in college. Here’s more about Sam!
What are you passionate about?
I’m passionate about baseball and pitching well. I have been playing baseball for ten years and love the game and teamwork involved. I also have great friends and like to play basketball and video games.
Do you have any thoughts on what you’d like to do after you graduate?
I hope to play baseball in college and study either Marketing or Sports Management. I’m currently looking at colleges in Washington state.
What are some of your favorite childhood memories?
My favorite childhood memories are of my dog, Sadie. We lost her recently and she was a big part of my childhood and our family.
Tell me one thing you hope to accomplish your senior year.
I hope to bring my GPA up and have fun.
If you could tell your younger self one thing, what would it be
Get good grades early on in high school and don’t put off your community service hours.
If you’re interested in a high school senior session, you can find more info here. Sam, it was delightful to be a small part of your senior year. I hope for nothing but the best as you keep your sight on playing ball in Washington.
