Outdoor Family Pictures with Barn in Parker, Colorado

There are some times in life when memories become treasured far beyond anything we ever imaged.  These are the C’s, and I had the MOST incredible honor of meeting them, and walking along the dry grasses of an open field together with an adorable barn towering behind us, enjoying their close knit relationships.  These six children adore their Mom!  I’m so happy that their pictures are not missing their beloved Dad, who sadly passed away in June of last year.  I’ve been given permission to share their incredibly special session with you, and I cannot be more excited to celebrate them, their love, their bonds, and their Dad, Paul.

What does your family enjoy doing together?

We enjoy doing everything together.  Anything we can do as a family, we love doing.  We spend almost every moment together.

Tell me about Paul.

Paul was an amazing man.  He was the best husband and father anyone could ever ask for.  He was funny, kind, and had a huge heart.  He would do anything for anyone, and he taught me so much in the 21 years I knew him.  He always made us laugh, and ALWAYS made sure we knew how much he loved us.

What makes you so close?

I believe we are so close because we taught our kids to love unconditionally and we always made sure we spent plenty of quality time together.  I continue to do so after the loss of Paul.

How do you manage your school days?

I homeschool all the kids, so I plan individual lessons for everyone.  Sometimes we can combine lessons together so everyone gets involved.

What makes you guys laugh?

We make each other laugh.  My children are always doing silly things, so we are always laughing.

What is the best family vacation you ever took?

Our best family vacation was our trip to Hawaii.  It was special because it was a time we all went together and we were able to do all activities as a family.  There was so much for us to do that did not require spending money and allowing us all to enjoy the experiences together.  We did a lot of walking and swimming in the ocean.   It was also our last vacation with Paul, so it will always be treasured.

Tell me a wonderful memory you have of Paul.

It’s hard to tell just one and I will cherish everyone memory I have of him.  My fondest memories are of him spending time with his children, and the day I married him.

Describe what your family means to you.

My family is my life.  I live for my children.  I wish everyone could experience the kind of bond my children and I share.

C Family, a simple thank you for this honor is hardly adequate.  I adore your session, and I hope you will hold it close.  Enjoy your sneak peek!
