The laughter they share is something to be treasured. Meet the Z Family! They are one busy bunch! But at the end of the day they have each other, they celebrate their close relationships, and everything else just doesn’t seem to matter as much.
It all began at Hastings College where D & K started dating in nineteen ninety seven. Seventeen years ago, they said I do and now their beautiful family of six lives in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Four children means six schedules to keep, six people to feed daily, six who need their laundry done and six who all need to go their separate places at times. But it also means six people around the dinner table sharing in laughter and conversation, six to enjoy each other’s company, and six to be silly together.
Momma K had a few things to tell me about their sweet family:
What does your family enjoy doing together?
We enjoy going to Rockies games, watching movies, and just hanging out. We are so busy most of the time its a treat just to hang out at home.
What makes you laugh together?
Anything silly
What is the best trip you’ve taken together?
We spent a week in Florida in a house directly on the beach with a another close family.
Describe the differences in personality between your four kiddos.
A (the oldest girl) is happy, a stereotypical first born and very motherly. J (the oldest boy) is thirteen and very gentle in nature. He plays hockey and baseball and that is where he is able to show his more competitive side. K (the youngest girl) is quiet but when she comes out of her shell she is very funny! We say that M (the baby) is the boy version of A. He is very happy and talks ALL the time!
