In the words of the beloved Winnie-the-Pooh, "Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart."
Congratulations on this special time for your family! My in-home newborn style of photography is the perfect blend of posed and lifestyle. I have mentored under one of the most influential newborn photographers of our time, Kelly Brown, and I take pride in your experience, your baby's safety, and delivering beautiful, timeless newborn images.
-$575 includes your session and all the digital images (25+ guaranteed)
Newborn sessions are done in your home for your comfort and convenience. I bring everything... baskets, floor drops, blankets, furs and wraps. I have beautiful petite girl headbands and adorable boy hats. Instead of clothing we will use stretchy newborn wraps. I gravitate toward soft, neutral colors and earth tones. Each set-up I do has a carefully selected color palette that tells a soft and beautiful color story, complimenting baby. I bring more than we will use. This allows you to select your favorites.

Immediate family is included with your session fee (up to six people, including baby). If you have a larger family, additional immediate family members can be added for $30 per person. Some prefer to photograph baby only, and that is absolutely fine too. In those cases we will typically achieve more pictures of baby and more set-ups.
I recommend that you photograph your baby within the first fourteen days. This is when your baby is the most sleepy and cuddly. I will generally suggest that we schedule your session for one week after your due date. It is to be expected that baby may come early or late. For this reason, I always remain flexible for a date change.
Your home will work perfectly if you have some nice window light. Most of the images we shoot, baby will be on the floor near a bright window and your home will not be part of the image at all. If you choose to photograph family, your home may be in the background, but it will be blurred and usually a tight crop so it is not seen much. If the baby's nursery has adequate window light, you are welcome to request images in there if you wish. If you do not feel your home has adequate window light, let me know and we can discuss an alternative.
