Awwww… little Oliver! Welcome to the world little one. Your first days were much anticipated, and you were loved before the moment your parents held you in their arms. Your needs will all be met by an amazing mom and dad who are a bit sleep deprived right now, but who are excited to care for you; go easy on them. You will also be welcomed by an entire TCU (Texas Christian University) community, where your mom and dad met, so be prepared for ALL the celebrations!! In short, little one, life will be good. Oh, and your mom said she has friends naming their babies Charlie, quite a few of them. Chances are you’ll grow up with a Charlie or two (boys and girls). Make one of them your bestie because I’m just swooning over the idea of “Oliver and Charlie”—the duo. Maybe you could even marry one of them!? You were delightful to photograph! Enjoy your sneak peek, Oliver!

Here’s more about Oliver from mom:
Tell me about the anticipation of his arrival.
Baby boy was supposed to be two weeks early so we were eagerly anticipating his arrival! However he didn’t arrive until right after his due date. Bags and car seemed packed for a month and we were so excited for our first baby to make his entrance!
How was your delivery experience?
Our midwife and hospital staff were incredible at making sure mom and baby were healthy and happy! After twenty-one hours of intensive labor, Oliver made his entrance very dramatically in the end but all in accordance with mom’s birth plan.
What does adding Oliver to your family of three mean to you?
Our family and hearts now incredibly full with Oliver! We cannot wait to share our adventurous lifestyle with him and teach him all the wonders of this life. Oliver is the first grand baby on mom’s side and is soo loved by all!
Describe his personality.
Oliver is a perfect baby! Not only beautiful but he’s so calm and smiley and full of personality. He’s always making cute and funny faces and is already so strong and smart!
How much did he weigh at birth?
Oliver was seven pounds, eight ounces at birth.
