This little cutie will be one in just a couple days! To celebrate, we cut some fresh lilacs and filled up the kitchen sink with a warm milk bath. The beautiful lilac pedals floated around her as she splashed and played. I had been dreaming about this session long before it happened. You can read about my adventurous pursuit to try and salvage the lilacs from my yard during the recent storm. I didn’t want to cut the lilacs, but decided when it began to snow I should bring them inside.
Addison will be back soon for her first birthday smash cake session. I can’t wait! She’s the youngest of three girls that I’ve been photographing since birth. You can see Addison’s sweet newborn sessions, and her adorable sisters on this past blog post.
