At this time last year, on a warm, sunny day in November, Sage and Willow made their entrance into this world. At only thirty four weeks, Sage arrived first, gaining the label she earned, Baby A. Eleven minutes later, Willow followed… Baby B. Three weeks in the NICU at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Denver, Colorado allowed them to thrive. Together they stayed, together they finally went home and sisters they will remain for life! Many know how special it is to have a sister, but few know how treasured it is to have a twin. The bond is unmatched and so is the trouble these two will make together! <giggle> They are turning one in just a few short days and I know the joy in the hearts of their family could not be any more full. Although they share so much, their personalities shine individually too. Sage loves to sing and is very independent. Willow likes to cuddle and is a dainty eater. I had the pleasure of visiting their 2000+ acre ranch in Larkspur, Colorado in honor of Sage and Willow’s first birthday. The weather was warm and the girls were so precious that the entire family (who gathered for the event) was in love. Kudos to mom for the creative and beautiful ideas for their “indian” smash cake, complete with a teepee, arrows and feathers. I love it! The ranch couldn’t have been a better place to capture to all. Mom and dad, congratulations on your growing girls. May you savor every second of these two as they continue to blossom! Enjoy your sneak peek!!
