The snow was peacefully falling the day little Isaac joined their family. At 7 Ibs, 11 oz, he let the world know with exhilaration that he was here! Immediately, Mom and Dad were in love. His dark features, sweet face, and perfect little personality has stolen their hearts. Twelve days old he was as precious and content as could be for his pictures. Mr. Chill, I called him. He’s the one baby out of a hundred that doesn’t like to be swaddled, although he still allowed me to wrap him (thank you, Mr. Isaac). I’m predicting him to be a strong leader with bold ideas, and a no-nonsense attitude.
Describe your pregnancy.
My pregnancy was amazing even with the morning sickness and swollen ankles! Isaac arrived a week early, he wanted to be here for Halloween!
Where did you deliver and tell me a little about the day he was born/your delivery.
I delivered at Good Samaritan Hospital. I went into labor on Saturday November 26. I was induced at 7 pm and didn’t start pushing until the next morning at 10 am Sunday, October 27th. I delivered Isaac at 11:10 am on a beautiful snowy day!
What does adding Isaac to your family mean to you?
In my 32 years of life I thought I had seen a lot of places, experienced a lot of things, and felt love. Then I had Isaac. It was as if the chemical makeup of my entire body and soul changed the day I met him. I had no idea I was capable of loving someone so much.
His dad and I wake up each day (and every 2-3 hours every night) in awe that we made such an incredible little human being. He completed our family! We are so in love with him!
Describe his personality.
Isaac is the sweetest most cuddly baby! He loves to eat, sleep and snuggle. He loves hanging out with his dad and taking walks with his dog Zeke!
Isaac and family, congratulation on such an emotional and exciting celebration of new life. Enjoy your sneak peek!
