At eight pounds, eleven ounces, this precious baby joined his awaiting family. Meet the sweetest little guy, Andrew (he goes by Andy)! He’s got a big brother, M, and two parents who are absolutely in love with him. It is not just love at first sight. Any parent will agree that there is a love that grows for your baby over the months of anticipation which explodes the moment you see their tiny body and realize they are yours. It was nothing short of this kind of love when Andy joined their family. Here’s more from mom.
Describe your pregnancy.
Andy’s big brother was a c section so Andy’s was scheduled for 39 weeks and and he came right on schedule! This pregnancy was quite a trip, since we moved from STL to Denver in May, right as the third trimester started!
Tell me a little about the day he was born.
He was born at Sky Ridge. Everything went smoothly and we had a great experience! He was born at 7:54am and we were instantly in love! Big Brother M got to sleep in and met us at the hospital a few hours later. Jeff’s parents had come in town for the delivery and we all had a nice relaxing day reveling in our new bundle of joy!
What does adding Andy to your family mean to you?
Our hearts are so full, and we feel so lucky to be the parents of these two incredible boys!
Describe his personality.
Andy is a sleeper! When he is awake he’s the most agreeable and happy little babe! Unless he’s hungry
How does big brother like his new baby brother?
M loves being a big brother! He is already practicing holding him, and runs to him every time he “ries”. My heart melts on the daily! Jeff and I can’t wait to watch the two of them grow up to be best friends!
