Meet the much anticipated little Olivia! She’s a beauty, and adored by seven sweet people in her family who love her to pieces. You may remember this family from their maternity session earlier this fall or perhaps one of the many sessions we’ve had together over the years. What a blessing to be a part of their lives! Here’s more from Mom:
How was your delivery experience?
I would definitely say this pregnancy and delivery went better than I could have prayed for! We are so thankful to the Lord for His guidance and protection. Best delivery of all of my children. I had lots of false labor leading up to our hospital induction and was pretty miserable. But once we made it to the induction date, we were relieved. I have had to be induced with all my girls. We went into the hospital and started the Pitocin. Within hours I was dilated and within another hour ready to push. We are just so thankful! I was really thankful to be surrounded but such amazing support: my wonderful husband and doula. The staff and midwife at Parker Adventist hospital made everything a wonderful experience! It was a beautiful and sweet birth!
What does adding Olivia to your family of eight mean to you?
It’s amazing to watch how one more life makes every one more considerate. It means everyone in our family take on a new role. It brings balance in the home and provides an ever learning environment for all ages. It’s so interesting seeing our 20 year old holding our newborn. Olivia makes our family complete and adds such a sweet dynamic that wasn’t there.
Describe her personality.
Olivia has a very sweet personality! She’s already showing she is gentle but at the same time has a strong of mind and body.
How much did she weigh at birth?
7 pounds
